As we continue to grow and evolve, our organization is entering a new season of leadership to further our mission of serving foster, adoptive, and kinship families with intentionality and excellence. After 11 years of remarkable service, our faithful founder and Executive Director, Kimberly DuVall, is stepping into a new chapter. Through compassion, creativity, collaboration, steadfast prayer, and obedience, Kimberly has faithfully built Fostering Connections from a grassroots community of encouragement and practical support into the impactful organization it is today.

The Board of Directors is committed to serving families with dedication and excellence throughout this transition. A search is underway for the next Executive Director, with a focus on ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining the organization’s strong momentum. Kimberly will continue to play an active role during this period to support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
